2. Personal data processed

Identity: full name. Contact: email address, phone number, company name (if provided). Request details: project information and message content you share in the contact and quote request forms.

Transaction security: IP address, browser information and access logs (for security purposes and to prevent misuse). Analytics: if you give consent, pseudonymized usage data relating to the use of the website; if you do not, only cookieless, identifier-free page view signals (Google Consent Mode) and technical data such as your IP address that reaches Google servers in the process.

3. Purposes of processing

To respond to your contact and quote requests, to prepare our service proposal, to ensure the security of the website and prevent misuse, and to improve the website by analyzing its use statistically (limited to aggregate, non-personal visit statistics if you do not give consent).

4. Legal grounds

Data you submit through the forms is processed on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the formation of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and is necessary for the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (Art. 5/2-f).

Transaction security data is processed for compliance with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç) and on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f). Analytics cookies rely solely on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1); you may withdraw your consent at any time. The cookieless, identifier-free measurement signals sent when you do not give consent are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) to produce aggregate visit statistics.

5. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact and quote request forms on our website, cookies and similar technologies, and server access logs.

6. Transfers, including transfers abroad

Your personal data may be shared with the service providers listed below, limited to the purposes above and in accordance with the procedures set out in KVKK Art. 8 and Art. 9. The servers of these providers may be located abroad:

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery and bot/spam protection (Turnstile). Amazon Web Services, Inc. — Amazon SES email delivery service (forwarding form messages to us, EU region). Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (analytics cookies only if you give consent; otherwise only cookieless, identifier-free measurement signals) and the embedded Google Maps showing our office location.

Other than this, your data is shared with authorized public institutions and organizations only where required by law.

7. Retention period

Requests submitted via the forms are retained for a maximum of 2 years from the conclusion of the request; if they lead to a contractual relationship, they are retained for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation. At the end of the period, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request its erasure or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
