Managing Permits for the Non-Agricultural Use of Agricultural Land
In permitting processes for the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes, the land class, agricultural integrity, soil properties, project needs and alternative sites are assessed together.
We prepare the maps, surveys, opinions of relevant authorities and technical documents on which the application is based, and support the follow-up of TAD Portal and related administrative procedures. The work takes into account the Soil Conservation and Land Use Law No. 5403, the current Regulation on the Protection and Use of Agricultural Land that entered into force in 2026, and the practices of the relevant authorities.
