Baseline Studies for International Financial Institutions (IFC)
We conduct baseline studies that establish existing conditions at the project site so that environmental and social risks can be properly assessed in international financing processes.
The physical environment, biodiversity, ecosystem services, social structure, land use and sensitive receptors are investigated according to the project’s risk profile. The studies aim to generate data aligned with the IFC Performance Standards, other applicable lender requirements and good international industry practice, providing a reliable baseline for subsequent impact assessment, management planning and monitoring.
