Water Use Rights Report
A project’s need to draw on surface water or groundwater is assessed together with the source’s existing uses, hydrological data, allocation and permitting procedures, environmental constraints and the project’s water demand.
The aim is to prepare the technical information and analyses requested by the relevant authorities, set out the rights and constraints governing water use, and support the application process. The work follows the current procedures and criteria of State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) and other competent authorities, depending on the project type.
